Bayer Energy Industry(Tianjin).Co.,Ltd is a modern testing and development center, covering an area of more than 400 square meters. The company has nearly 60 pieces of equipment , including automatic and semi-automatic advanced testing equipment including low temperature dynamic viscosity (CCS) tester, high temperature and high shear dynamic viscosity (HTHS) tester, polymer oil shear stability (diesel nozzle shear, ultrasonic shear) tester. The company not only cooperates closely with internal combustion engine laboratory, but also extensively cooperates with Afton, Ineos, Chevron, Lanxess, Runmax and other enterprises based on cutting-edge issues of lubricating oil materials, so as to continuously improve the company's detection and development technology.

Bayer Testing Research and Development Center is the core department of the company, we take "Objective, Timely, Accurate" as the quality policy, to promote the development of the industry as its own responsibility, and constantly promote technological innovation. We carry out in-depth optimization in raw material selection, process adjustment, performance evaluation and other aspects to obtain the original formula and solve the problems of formula development and formula research and development. R&d personnel hold the certificate, with self-learning ability, innovative spirit and innovative ability, in strict accordance with the relevant standards and specifications of operation, to develop lubricating oil products to meet the needs of users.

拜尔能源工业(天津)股份有限公司现代化检测研发中心面积达400多平米， 拥有包括低温动力粘度（CCS）测定器、高温高剪切动力粘度（HTHS）测定器、含聚合物油剪切安定性（柴油喷嘴剪切、超声波剪切）测定器等全自动、半自动化先进实验检测设备近60余台。公司不仅与内燃机实验室密切合作，而且立足于润滑油材料的前沿问题，广泛与雅富顿、英力士、雪弗龙、德国朗盛、罗曼克斯等企业合作，以使公司检测研发技术不断提升。

拜尔检测研发中心是公司的核心部门，我们以“客观、及时、准确、"为质量方针，以推动行业发展为己任，不断推动技术革新。在原材料选材方面、工艺调整、性能评估等多方面进行深度优化，获得原始配方，解决配方开发、配方研发等问题。研发人员持证上岗，具备自我学习能力、创新精神和创新的能力，严格按照相关标准及规范操作，研发出满足用户需求的润滑油剂产品。
